Dorian Gutierrez II brings over 15 years of diverse dental experience to Grey Dental Consulting. From clinical assisting in specialty offices to leading treatment coordination with exceptional case acceptance, Dorian has seen every layer of the dental practice — and understands the pressures dentists and teams face today. With a strong academic foundation, including undergraduate research on oral health conditions like osteoradionecrosis and HIV manifestations, he bridges science with human behavior and business strategy.
Grey Dental Consulting was born from a simple truth: most new dentists graduate with little preparation for the business side of care. Dorian saw firsthand how high production demands and limited systems can create disconnects between teams and patients. His approach is grounded in empathy, emotional intelligence, and deep operational insight. Known for his ability to "read the room," Dorian merges psychology, communication, and sales with authenticity — creating solutions that feel human, not transactional. He’s a proud husband, father, and passionate advocate for smarter, more connected dental care.
